Space/Time Booking allows staff with meeting room and hotelling space requirements to find and book suitable locations anywhere in the World, from anywhere in the World; catering, A/V needs, visitors, etc. are also managed.
WE'LL EVEN SET UP THE DATA FOR YOU! If your company or organisation has a possible requirement for an on-line Room Booking or Virtual Help Desk system, iiS will supply simple data collection templates for you to fill in. The templates are for collecting data such as employees, buildings, rooms and catering menus. You can also provide them as Excel spreadsheets.
